The flagpole next to my driveway where the 2012 National Champions flag has flown since early in the year blew over during strong winds this week and damaged the top of the pole.....I took it down and apart to be fixed and I haven't fixed it yet......Damn it guys, I'm sorry, this one's on me :banghead:

Once again, when the Hi-lighters played ANY team with a pulse on defense, they had trouble.....for all the talk about "wanting Bama" you need only to look at the Stanford film to see how 'Bama would have done against that shite.....run the ball and play stellar defense....defense wins championships, until the chrome neons learn that, they are destined to fail year after year after year.

No,.....Alabama does not use the zone read option as the main staple of the offense, it is and has been a pro-set. That said, I like Sims as a runner....When Blake Sims plays quarterback, more times than not the offense stalls and has to punt because HE CAN'T THROW THE BALL DOWNFIELD WITH ANY ACCURACY. Sims is not a quarterback by trade, thus he lacks the necessary skills to lead this team next year. I do not know what games you have been watching, but while it is evident you are on the Blake Sims jock-wagon, you can't comprehend or understand the type of play that is expected at this important position.
Cliff Notes version -- Blake Sims starts at QB next year...we lose....and Saban won't let that happen.

Blake Sims will not start for 'Bama, book it!.....he does not fit the system to be a permanent starter going into next year.....my money will be on Luke Del Rio :cheers:
