I find it strangely coincidental that Malzahn's resurgence as a play caller happened at the same time it was announced that Jay Jacobs was leaving. Is this circumstantial evidence that Jacobs was meddling with the offense or is it more of a case of Malzahn feeling the heat and fighting for his job? ...
