His blocking, vision, patience, and reading of correct lanes to run through are bad. Same for Durham. Basically every single thing you need to be a good back besides RUNNING, they aren't at a high level. There have been many times that Berry/Durham have ran straight into an OL back when there was a lane to run through 2 steps to their right/left. Blame this on the coaching they received up to this year. Cough cough Frank Wilson. It's a shame but i give Lane credit for recognizing it so early in the process and getting Jones and Gage over to LSU. That guy impresses me with his attention to detail

Maybe he is better. But both of them are better playing with each other. Weeks has been awesome so far as well and has disrupted a lot of plays

Not to mention LSU had an offense that could not move the ball effectively.. Which meant the defense was out there more. Which adds time and opportunities for the defense to give up yards/points

Brother have you since Prince, Dottery, Ross, Geralds, and Weeks this season? It hasn’t been as much about scheme/coaching the past couple years as much as it’s been about players.. He will have a hard time running with those guys

Lane said something to the media a week or two ago that kind of stuck with me. One of the reporters asked him a question about the offensive line and added that it was "clearly the biggest problem with the team last year".. The first thing he said when he responded was "Yea but you also have guys that are running the ball that have to run it"... To me, that implies that they saw some things on film that wasn't on the line and more on the RB's... Seems like what we are seeing now with Durham getting pushed down the depth chart and Berry working as the back up reflect that a bit
If Baker wants to be the best he can be, you would think he would get with Kiffin and pick his brain about what Kiffin sees when facing each other.. And vice versa for Kiffin

Speak for yourself, I picked OM to win that game.. Like I said, OM lost by one score on the road the first time. Not like they were overmatched

I think OM did the smart thing and got him locked in as soon as they could.. Probably a 50/50 thing if he gets the waiver right now and they are all hopefully optimistic he will get it
