I don't like how several times the Leafs have had chances to move the puck out of their zone and up ice and instead have decided to do a U-turn back into their zone only to get pinned in there for the rest of their shift. They are playing too cautiously and hesitantly.

You can't have a lockout until the players unionize. A collective bargaining agreement would be the best thing for the NCAA and the universities. The basic solution is to replace scholarships with four or five year contracts. The only way to transfer would be if both parties agreed to release the player from his contract. Athletes still get paid but every off season is not pure chaos with the transfer portal.

I'm smelling Keenan Allen or Tyler Lockett to Pittsburgh on a one or two year deal now.
