Perry's Steakhouse. Several locations, delicious food, exceptional service. Haven't been since I moved to New Orleans; it may be a little pricier than your range.
Humidity makes the air feel heavy. It's the worst.

Domenica. The white truffle risotto is out of this world. Not on the current menu but they will still make it, all you have to do is ask.
