re: K1 Tax Question

Yeah I did my own taxes for years until I got involved in our llc. Its definitely better to have a cpa to help with all that.
re: K1 Tax Question

you pay the llc's taxes. The distribution doesn't really matter in the scheme of what you pay. So if you were a member in 2024 you get a k1 to file on your 2024 taxes. Hopefully your distribution that you are getting will cover the taxes on it.
wasn't Frazier a starting tackle at ucf?
I did it coming back from Mexico in July on southwest. Our layover in atl was gonna be super long because we had to change our trip dates because of the hurricane. We booked a rental car at the atlanta airport and drove back to mississippi. Made it home before our flight was supposed to leave. Southwest just didn't give me all my points but they didn't ban me.
re: Do y'all realize how pinched the CFP committee could have been if LSU beat Florida?

I think that only mattered until Alabama lost to Oklahoma

re: Money board question - best way to get $50,000 - $75,000 to remodel house?
Posted by trux83LSU on 9/11/24 at 8:14 am to DarthRebel
I just got an estimate on my bathroom remodel yesterday. We were thinking around 20 and it ended up being 35. We had them quote some stuff in the kitchen as well which would be an additional 15. The kitchen was new range, new cabinet doors only, strip and paint cabinets, build a vent hood, new backsplash and moving microwave to in cabinet.

Call a glass shop and tell them you need a 22x36 insert. Itll be a new frame and glass. Frame should have screws on the inside of the house. Should be around $100 or so.
I’m supposed to be going Monday. Just got to wait it out and see what happens. Sucks cause we are doing a Vrbo and he’s booked the rest of the month otherwise I would just try to push back a few days.

someone else said it but the sheraton at the refuge is good in flowood by the airport. Also anything around township area of ridgeland, or the hilton garden in madison. Ridgeland and Madison will be very close to the interstate if you are just staying the night and heading out in the morning.
Damn west Jackson too. That’s literally one of the worsts parts of the city.

So, spray but don't have to pray?
IVF sucks, we went through it and had the same thing happen. Our Dr told us after the first time it wasn't going to work though, and that we would be wasting money. Egg donor was the only option for us and I'm sure a lot of other people too if they are being honest with them selves
The glass is slipping out of the hinge. Its very common especially with a glass this large. Like others have said shim the bottom so the glass doesn't move, then you'll need to loosen the hinge plate to get it back in place. You need 2 people for sure. I would personally call whoever installed it before I did that myself.
I've worked in a glass shop for 20 years just not as an installer.
