Concur. Anyone in that group is good. My dad is/was a happy customer.

Not sure what you mean by that. I may not have lost muscle, but I am curious as to why I didn’t gain any either.

And there it is.
Safe and realistic weight loss has long been advised to be 1-2 lb per week, and that’s about what I did. Lost 17 in 12 weeks.
Bioimpedence technology of the InBody device is not as accurate as a dexa scan. I don’t think my body fat % is single digits.

Working out like a mofo. Upper body weights 2 days a week. Lower body weights 2 days a week. All lifting to near-muscle failure (how I’ve always done it). Plus 2-3 days per week of cardio (120-150 total minutes).

A history of my scans.
Last one was October of last year.

D2 was created so that smaller programs could be more competitive and have more playing opportunities, as opposed to almost always getting eliminated early on in district playoffs by bigger programs.
See also Central and Dutchtown. Not sure if they still have lacrosse teams, only because I’ve been out of the loop for a while.

2. The first was a cool gal with whom we had a fling with each other on the down low from our late teens to early 20s through college, even though she was in college elsewhere, not LSU. We always found a way to connect. She died in a car accident one month before starting medical school at the age of 26 in the mid-90s.
Second one was high school girlfriend who developed a chronic illness and died a few years ago. I had no idea she had been sick.

Between Lafayette Shooters (NOT Lafayette’s Hooters, you perv) and Rooms To Go.
We are huge fans of this restaurant and the family.
Yes, wine menu needs improving, but they are still in the process of getting their bar area done and in full service.

Lunch spots fill up fast. Had some out-of-town friends come through and we wanted to go there, but no availability. Had to eat next door at Julien's Poboys. Still good, but not the Laura's II turkey wing lunch we wanted,

Just ratchet it down to "miffed."
There's nothing you can do about it.
Andy Rooney did a segment on this business practice of paying more and getting less on 60 Minutes about 30 years ago.
Pre-Covid (but not pre-Madonna ) a 40-bottle case of Kirkland water was $1.99 Now it's $3.99. That's double the price. Still a great deal.

I voted yes on all 4. I wanted DOGE and a continuation of millages (not NEW taxes) to continue current projects, esp roads and drainage.
I hate taxes, but I agree to some/most of them. I don't ever get a refund and usually have to write a check for a little more. Don't hate me because I tried to help you.

Sequencing.com is where you want to go. Very comprehensive reporting in regard to genetic markers for all organ systems. And, they are committed to your privacy.
edited to add: they don't link you to other people in the database. You won't get contacted by a half-sibling you didn't know you had in Vancouver.

I tell them to hold the fruit (comes with 2 fruit add-ins of your choice) to cut down on sugar (even though it is natural sugar),
Just want scoops of protein, and add in greens and fiber.
