I have a older jeep and I never received the title upon paying off.
The dealership is out of business and all other paperwork was destroyed, payoff paperwork and other info.

Need a title to sell it.


So in TX to get a title you can fill out a form (VTR-34), but one part is you have to provide the payoff documentation. I do not have that.

I know the lien company was in CA but that's about it.

I have pulled the report by VIN# and it is very vague. Just lists recalls and where the vehicle has been and registered in its life. generic like registered in TX and AR. no details
