It refers to the betting favorite. The tournament has been loaded with chalk winners. Meaning no real super huge upsets or underdogs winning. Back in the day they posted the spreads on a chalk board and the favorite would be the one with the chalk number beside it. Hence, the phrase chalk.

I’ll disagree. When you report you should report facts, not alleged conversations. Also, you don’t get noticed that you’re receiving a subpoena, you just get subpoenaed. End of.

Until hard evidence and proven evidence was or has been confirmed then it’s just that, an alleged conversation. BS move not to stand behind your coach until the facts are settled.

I think LSU SHOULD win but never know. Team is still trying to find its identity a bit. Should be fun to be in sin city for a couple days. I’ll be hanging around Caesar’s as their sports book is pretty awesome. Hope to see a lot of people there.

LSU caught a few lucky breaks? When? Where? Losing to A&M is 7 overtimes? We handled Miami, Miss St, and Georgia. Got handled by Bama and Florida beat us in a close game. You can argue we got lucky against Auburn but you said a couple lucky breaks. Where’s the other one? Ole Miss? We destroyed them.

CBS: Sugar (vs Oklahoma)
Sporting News: Citrus (vs Michigan)
Interested in the Rants consensus if we fall short of the playoff. My personal vote would be Fiesta Bowl simply because I’ve never been to Phoenix area and would be a cool change of scenery. Thoughts???
