Pulled off of I-55 somewhere in Northern MS. so my kid could take a dump. Paved shoulder was narrow and one wheel was in the grass. Drove through somebody’s Taco Bell super size pile of dukey in the process. Almost had to put it in low-loc. Whole side of my truck was covered. Especially wh...

That’s what I did. Found on marketplace a few years ago. Bought a late model Scag Turf Tiger 72” with an about 900 hrs on it. It was like a $16k mower when new, I got it for about $5500. One of the best deals I ever made and the thing is a beast....

When I moved to Ky. I had to start paying yearly property tax on my vehicles that I had already paid off in Louisiana.
This year was 230$.
I’d be happy to pay for a sticker. Lol...

Had one rub against my leg on the front porch one cold night while getting kindling out of the wood box. I thought it was just our cat then realized our cat was dead. I achieved levitation that evening.
Almost hit one with my metal detector on a night time relic hunt....

Excellent point about the taste test . Also write down what you do, in case it’s a while before you do it again. I even record the weather conditions to know how to predict how the smoking will go. Once you get your recipe down the way you like it, you can just roll with it....

Have to make my own here in Ky.
to mimic the taste of sausage from back home in Evangeline Parish.
I use per 1 lb of meat:
.25 tbs of cayenne pepper
.125 tbs of garlic powder
.20 tbs of salt
I prefer to make it 50/50. ( I love the deer taste)
Add some extra water before stuffing to help it ...
