The only thing that matters will be the state of the 2028 economy. Anything less than above average will be tough on an incumbent.

Does a slowdown in wage growth mean that the average wages is not growing or that the number of hourly jobs slowed down? If it’s the ladder then that could be an indication people might not have as many side hustles.
Credit where credit is due. Any idea who Saints are targeting next?

I enjoyed the Eulogy episode as it was a generally interesting concept, but had it been a no-name lead actor it would have been forgettable as a Black Mirror episode. They never really showed how using the tech enhanced the funeral experience for the survivors. It was basically just a love story. Entertaining, but weak as a Black Mirror story.
I appreciate the irony of having a Seinfeld meme in a post about Good Friday whether intended or not.
Sounds like they are talking about very different areas of the spectrum.
No proration. Filing status is determined by marital status on 12-31 of tax year. It would be a strategic date to marry on just as Jan 1 would be a good day to finalize a divorce.
Yes, definitely creating some bumpiness with the recent geopolitical moves. But the US still has good fundamentals with its large consumer base and generally business friendly govt. Most of what has happened this month can just as quickly be undone. It’s the uncertainty causing the problem. No one knows what will happen but hopefully after all the back and forth something will be negotiated to save enough face for everyone and bring some certainty or semblance of “normal” back to world trade.

What’s today’s narrative?

S&P down 4%. Just adjusting for yesterday’s over correction? CPI figures? Trump raise tariffs on China to 350%?
Tax CPA here. So much better than TT IMO. Got all of my family and friends on it. Hopefully they stay consistently good. Would recommend for anyone DIY taxes.
That’s about all they have going for them these days it seems.
I’m skeptical of anyone who is confident one way or the other. No one can know with any reasonable certainty what will happen.
What would be a great buy number?
Wonder why the extra 4%. Could be that 4 is an unlucky number in China so they are sticking the knife a bit deeper.
