Joe Kleine said earlier this week that Long had dinner with Pitino and to "get ready for our next coach."

It's not too much trouble to respond to his normal bullshite. That took about three minutes of compiling stats.

Anderson is the only one that would be an upgrade that we're capable of landing. He would come to Arkansas. Did you see Missouri's crowd the other night after a strong NCAA appearance? Arkansas has the fan support if you put a capable team out there (see OU & Texas last year). He would also bring back the style that all of Arkansas loved.

So here's an update for you WRT:
Passing: 3,413 yards
- 100% Petrino Recruits (Mallett, Wilson)
Rushing: 1,484 yards
- 30% Nutt Recruits (M. Smith, B. Barnett, V. Stumon)
-70% Petrino Recruits (Green, Wingo, Davis, Johnson)
Receiving: 3,413 yards
- 28% Nutt Recruits (DJ Williams, M. Smith, Crawford, Fish, Stumon, Miller, Salters, Cleveland)
- 72% Petrino Recruits (J. Wright, G. Childs, J. Adams, C. Hamilton, B. Green, D. Johnson, R. Wingo, D. Curtis)
So you're either a bald faced liar, or you don't do very much research....at all.

Why would Petrino go to LSU when he knows he can beat them without all the supposed top recruits?

Mike Leach has gone on record as saying that WMS is the loudest venue he has ever coached in (from his days at Kentucky).

Nutt already sucked at recruiting...this won't help him out too much.

He made a steal, went down for a dunk, was 4-4 free throws, and made a pretty nice turnaround jumper. Looked pretty good in eight minutes of play.

A quick breakdown on our stats so far this year:
825 total rushing yards
- 41% yards from Nutt Recruits (M. Smith, Brandon Barnett, Van Stumon)
- 59% yards from Petrino Recruits (Ronnie Wingo, Knile Davis, Dennis Johnson, De'Anthony Curtis, Joe Adams)
1,815 total receiving yards
- 24% yards from Nutt Recruits (D.J. Williams, London Crawford, Reggie Fish, Ben Cleveland, Michael Smith, Van Stumon, Lucas Miller)
- 76% yards from Petrino Recruits (Joe Adams, Greg Childs, Jarius Wright, Broderick Green, Dennis Johnson, De'Anthony Curtis, Ronnie Wingo)
1,815 total passing yards
- 0% Nutt recruits
- 100% Petrino recruits (Mallett, Tyler Wilson)
Oh, and Petrino's last class was ranked higher than any class Nutt had during his ten years as coach.
Go ahead and keep throwing shite at the wall to see if it sticks though WRT. People like you are the reason why we had to endure an entire decade of mediocrity.

It was soon obvious that he was not bleeding from the brain stem after he stepped down, do a little research.
The Nutt family is as much of a circus as what you saw on the Ole Miss sidelines last night.
Just wait until the OM fanbase begins to be divided. It's just around the corner.
And just to reiterate: Houston Nutt's brother actually schemed with a close friend of the Nutt family to harass his own team's quarterback. This isn't speculation. This isn't hearsay. This was proven by phone records and Teressa Prewett's own personal e-mails.

They've already been told by the SEC that Houston's brother Danny is not to be around the coaches or players at all, since he's not a coach.
He was the runningback's coach at Arkansas until the phone records showed that he and Teressa Prewett were directly behind the Mr. Interception King e-mail to Mitch Mustain.
He then stepped down due to a phantom health problem.

"Based on the interpretation that Arkansas received from the Southeastern Conference office, Danny Nutt cannot be in the team bench area or in the coaches' box during the football games," (associate commissioner for the SEC Charles) Bloom said in an e-mail Tuesday to The Associated Press. "He can watch the game from the sidelines [outside the team bench area] or any other area in the stadium that would not cause him to be deemed a countable member of the football staff."

All three Rivals 100 Arkansans will probably end up being Hogs.
Ball’s teammate and close friend defensive lineman Byran Jones is one of the top 2010 prospects in the state.
Jones 6-2, 286, 5.0, displays the size and strength desired on the college level. That’s pretty evident by the mail he’s received since Sept. 1 from Oregon, Clemson, Mississippi State, LSU, Arkansas and Stanford. Jones reports a 380-pound bench press and a 500-pound squat.
He said Clemson, Mississippi State and Arkansas grab his attention.
Jones said he plans to attend the Arkansas-Alabama game with Ball.
“We talk about going to Arkansas all the time,” he said.
Jones explained why he likes to play defense.
“I just like hitting,” Jones said.
