On paper Lubbick is the only good hire freeze has made. We hired an FCS guy to be our OC, not saying we should of hired Lubbock to be OC, just should of slapped the co-OC tag on him and paid the man what he is worth rather than let him embarrass us by leaving 10 days after he was hired, to go coach...
