It's the water. Not enough olive oil in the pipes from Italians dumping it down the drain.

In all seriousness, I've seen it mentioned in many an article/video that the tap water used in different cities affects dough consistency. Baton Rouge tap water is very low in contaminants and minerals, which may be a cause of this.

I second this. The food at Roo Mountain was pretty good when the wife and I went for dinner last year.
I've been using the same bottle of Giorgio Armani since high school. I normally only use it when I at a formal event.
Pho Viet on Hwy 30 in Gonzales does fried tamarind wings that are fantastic.

About to go through this with my company. Anybody ever work for a company while being bought out by Berkshire Hathaway? I'd like to have an idea of what to expect.
