The hold was actually on Tennessee #9.

But 9 wasn't holding.

Maybe we aren't talking about the same play. But if you go look at the 9:48 mark of 3rd quarter when Jennings ran the wildcat, you can see 9 holding. He even had the Bama player by the facemask.

The announcers point out during the replay that the officials called the penalty on the wrong player.

Then there was the taking away of Jennings TD for "holding".

Called on the wrong number, good call.

This has been said a lot but I've not heard, or seen, who it should have been called on.

The hold was actually on Tennessee #9.
Bama Derangement Syndrome is so strong on this board. Severely clouds your judgement. Sad.
Shouldn't really surprise anyone. Fulmer is very familiar with coup d'etats. He did one back with Majors, and he likely was the mastermind behind this one last year.

What school did you attend and what was the reason they put yall up there?

University of Alabama
I don't recall being given a reason. I know for sure we were up there for the 2003 season.
As a member of a marching band at a SEC university band in the early 2000s, I recall having to sit in the upper deck at Mississippi State at least once of the two times we went while I was there.

Two is Tua, I think.

It couldn't be Tua because he said that the QBs both had a 3-2 record in those 5 games.

Bama only lost once all season.
Dawgs need to be worried about who the backup qb will be next year for Bama. Kirby doesnt have film on him either.

I'm hearing that Kirby and his staff

didn't have enough game film on Bama's backup QB. That's why they weren't ready for him.

Yeah, no one saw where this post was headed. Really...nice one. That shocking twist at the end was golden.

Can somebody sum up what he said in one or two sentences

Sure.

He said We Comin’

So he was able to tell Bama the same thing Coach O has, but he did it by using full sentences and coherent language.

Looks they each are getting the same results too.

Alabama has won more games in tiger stadium than L8u has won in the entire series.
The QB actually had bruised ribs, not a broken collarbone, which would indicate that the majority of the force was directed to the lower chest area.
Because he grabbed the guy on the front of his jersey right under his neck. A horse collar is grabbing the top of the back of the jersey and pulling down to make the tackle.
Prefer a Homecoming at any school over a Homocumming at aTm.
If the republicans have anyone other than Trump as their candidate in 2020, then they automatically lose. Trump would run as an independent, the republican vote is split, and the dems take the white house.
So, Saban is the longest tenured coach in the SEC and has fewer SEC losses than 10 of the other 13 coaches.

2 of the coaches, with fewer losses, have only coached for 1 year.

I think there should be a minimum games played threshold, jmo.

Exactly! I think 60 games is a fair threshold.

How old are you? 34? Come on, man.

Tennessee was No. 1 in bowl appearances for a long, long time.

Are they counting the semifinals and championship games (two bowls per season)? That has to be the case.

Here's a link to a late 2011 article saying Tennessee and Texas were tied for No. 1.

That article says that Tennessee and Texas are tied with number of appearances, but it did not say tied at #1.

I was a freshman at Bama in 2000, and Bama was already #1 in bowl appearances by that time. Then Bama had probably their darkest 8 year period from 2000 through 2007 (although there were 3 10-win seasons during that time). But I guess you could say they have possibly had their best 10 year stretch since then.
