Well a few of us old guys still around that saw Pete play live. First time I saw him play he scored 50+ and made a behind the back pass from half court to the basket for easy layup . Love Shaq, but Pete was greatest college player ever!
I was in Las Vegas in February mirage was already closed
Yes my favorite I was there. Sunday before the game end of mass the priest ended with go tigers!

Was teen when Pete went through LSU. Listen to or watched on tv every game he played at LSU, only got see him play once at LSU, he scored 50 plus on Tulane, lots long range shots that would have been 3’s today. His passing the ball in person was mind blowing. Moved to California after high school saw him in San Diego when Utah Jazz wanted to get rid of him, they stopped playing him. But they could not stop his pre game warm up routine which was a crowd pleaser, the local sports wrote the next day about it, how it was shameful what the Utah Jazz were doing to him.
3 of us driving from San Diego tomorrow, tiger fans will be there. You do realize lots LSU fans live in west and may not have bought their tickets rhrough LSU

You were not at Seattle 2009 Phoenix 2005 Tucson 2003, LSU fans were there in big numbers when tigers come west

Live in San Diego, run across more LSU fans here than any other sec teams
I was at the game the fans threw oranges on the field, manning did not return to field once it was out of hand and fans chanted we want Archie, two prior years we had lost to him so lots frustration was let out, probably the loudest I have heard tiger stadium, great night!
