If you think about it, Government spending is so pervasive in so many private sector industries, a 10% spending reduction probably puts the country into a recession. Government knows this, thus the lack of any action particularly with so called conservatives-aka Republicans.

He tried this already. We win World War 2 but all the others have been for naught.

Correct, Cheney was still feeling King of the mountain when he was Sec of Defense in First Gulf War. We were told once we take down Saddam, the people of Iraq will be dancing in the street. In Gulf War 2, we go to Iraq again all the while Bin Laden is in Pakistan.

Trump, because the Neocons and war mongers in the pentagon, decide Iran is the boogie man, but we have know since 9/11 that the majority of hijacker were from

The Guard needs to stay there to 10 years or longer to change criminal behavior. Twenty years would be better, but the hoodlums and crime will quickly be back.

The holistic admission standards actually started with King Alexander. He wanted to be like Ivy League schools, but those schools are already attracting kids with high test scores and superior H.S. Education. But, UC Berkeley is experiencing the dumbing down:
