I don't think you'll find any Rockets fans acting like this is the same Dwight from even just a couple years ago.
His athleticism is gone now. He is still athletic, but doesn't have his super-human athleticism anymore that deterred players from challenging him inside and he can't alter shots like...

It is legal if the referee feels it is necessary to prevent injury to the dunker of the defender.
If a player hangs on it just to hang on it then it's illegal and it's enforced....
