Wolken and Forde are 2 of the worst journalist. They only know how to write on 2 schools..Kentucky and Ole Miss

Wolken has made his living off 2 schools. Kentucky and Ole Miss. When Calapari left Memphis in 2009. Wolken wrote column after column on Calapari and how he hurt the Memphis program and his cheating at Kentucky. He did this from 2009- 2012.. Then began writing on Ole Miss from 2012- current. You would think he was formerly a beat writer for Louisville and State

Pat Forde- same thing except his writing on Kentucky cost him his job at espn in Nov 2011, after finding him doing unethical reporting and promising to get Calapari fired. He went to Yahoo, then like Wolken turned to reporting on Ole Miss in 2012.

Read the law. It has nothing to do with the final evidence of anything. It has to do with discovery of initial defamatory remarks. Forde releases his article Oct 2014. NCAA NOA is released from OM Feb 2016. The evidence supporting the defamation accusations in the lawsuit are from Jan 2016. OM release NOA response May 2016. The defamation evidence initially started in Oct 2014 with the Forde article, then from all the journalist quotes in Jan 2016, then the NOA release Feb 2016 showed evidence that not all or majority of infractions were from Nutt's tenure. With that said a judge will have to consider either Jan 2016 as the start of the libel/ slander or Feb 2016. Even if he wanted to be liberal with the time frame and push it out until May 2016 when OM released its reponse it is still over 1 year.

Also Houston quoted from the Dan Patrick Show August 23, 2016

“The last two years, especially last year with 30 jobs open, I thought for sure i’m going to get back in,” Nutt said. “I'm ready to go. But calls didn’t come and there were a bunch of jobs open and I’m not talking about SEC jobs, even a lower level, so you just kind of lose a little bit of hope there.”

FYI..Just so you know

Nutt has no case against Ole Miss. Had he actually filed the defamation lawsuit when the reporters were stating everything they were getting from "sources" to the public he may have had a valid claim. What he did instead was, while being an a-hole was allow the statute of limitations to run out. Mississippi law only allows you 1 year to file a defamation libel/slander lawsuit from the first known verbal / written defamatory statement or action.
Miss. Code § 15-1-35, Libel/Slander: 1 year

Also, written contracts have a 3 year statute of limitations from the end of the agreed upon terms. Ole Miss made the final lump some buyout on Nutt's severance agreement in 2013...
The lawsuit is shite, and was only put out because Nutt can't get a job coaching at a power 5 school and his feelings are hurt because his staff was referenced. The NOA came out Jan 2016. Apparently Nutt thinks that with his staff being mentioned in 2016, that kept him from getting a job from 2012-2015. The facts portion of the filing is anything but facts. It's is best guess based on phone records and timing that with tweets or columns put out around the time of the phone calls. When a reporter is told from a source that most of the NOA has to do with previous staff and Tunsil stuff which is why he was suspended. The NOA comes out and 10/13 allegations were dealing with previous staff and Tunsil, that is considered "most". Most of the facts section is trying to interpret how a person was thinking, feeling, or thought process as fact which is impossible to do or even present in court. He won't get paid, it'll be dropped, but it served the purpose he wanted it to
When you are losing revenue, but decide to overpay just to control the market it tends to bite you in the arse.

There is a 60% chance that Harris will improve his QBR in year 2. Out of every SEC 2 year starting QB since 2000 22 of the 35 have increased their QBR on average of 12 pts. Is that enough to win a title. Don't know, but he does have better than a 50/50 chance of improving..

I don't think going to Atlanta is something to be jealous of, but since you asked. Of course I've been to Atlanta, I go multiple times a year, just went in July..

..and how do you ask a question, then answer it with the wrong answer..maybe you're better off to STFU, might help you not look like an idiotjavascript:AddSmileyIcon(' :bird:')

Vodka Redbull, followed by Miller light..with shots of Fireball thrown in throughout the day..Maybe a couple Jamison and pickle juice if its cold

you obviously don't know shite about college football. let me educate you (which will probably not work due to your limitations); college players are age 18-22 and the most improvement in athletic performance occurs during that time. one more tidbit; experience is critical to consistent top performance.

^^^
Since OM fans don't know shite ,and you do why is it. That I know the most improvement gains in athletic performance is from (on average) ages 24-27 across all major sports. Also, experience has nothing to do with consistency. Mental toughness, muscle memory, and practice leads to consistency. All experience does is show how consistently bad or good you have been at your preparation.

quote:

but I guess I was wrong. you fricking ole miss guys are pathetic. your jealously of all things LSU is sickening.

On another note name ONE thing that any fan would be jealous of LSU for?? LSU would most likely rank in the bottom 30% of colleges people are jealous of.

Being jealous of LSU is like saying a homeless person is more jealous of a guy on welfare instead of Bill Gates.
