Archie and Olivia (their mom) still live in New Orleans as does Cooper and his family (Arch's dad). The Mannings own a restaurant in New Orleans called Mannings. I don't think Eli or Peyton hate New Orleans at all. They both donated a lot of money to Hurricane Katrina recovery. ...
