#400 RED on the downvote! "Pucker Up" may be tired, but you take the good with the bad.

Not to defend Les as Chase is DEFINITELY playing where he should be (Impact on game, not to mention $$), but he would've been a superstar at safety as well. Ball skills, plays physical, and would for sure lay some big hits. Has the size to be a thumper at safety....John Lynch with more speed.

Surely the downvote on this topic was accidental, ir, a shot at "The Athletic". Need clarification.

Shocking to realize, but true! Glad Saban is gone.

Those ratings were out shortly BEFORE the combine.
re: BTJ 4.34 40 first run at combine

BTJ faster than Tee. Tee won't stretch the field like BTJ, but Tee is elite at high pointing and using his physicality. BTJ may be better than Tee in the long run, but they're not identical. Tee was a successful 2nd round pick, and BTJ should be a field changer, game changer, worthy of an upper half 1st round pick.

Where do you see those odds? I see Jayden at +750 to be picked #1 overall.

Isaiah Simmons in high school. Position fit could be an issue. That said, he's explosive with that exceleration. Disruptor.

LOL SFC. I'm a stalker not a talker. Been around a lot longer than 2015. I'm (obviously) salty the Mannings are anti-LSU.

He "won" a national championship! Whether he caught lightning in a bottle with Joe Burrow or not, his recruiting will keep LSU in the upper echelon. Completely agree that top 10 is unquestionable with current college coaching. OTOH, Pelini was inexcusable....but we move forward. 2020 was T O U G H.

4-8 looks slightly better than 1-8. There is hope for me to be able to happily read TR through the first hour of my Monday workday.

Not to be a downer, but the "Legion of Boom" was based on zone corners with dominant safeties, not exactly LSU's plan with the man up defense for umpteen years on the outside. Not saying Richard won't adjust to the talent he has, but it'll look a little different than the Seattle model with a 6'4", 230lb safety destroying receivers. Besides, they've changed the rules for player safety to the point that a big hitter like Kam can't have the same impact in today's game.
