I did a little more digging...
Basically my take is it's not a matter of if, but when they will be approved. EPA has rulled on graphene generally, but companies must notify EPA individually for approval to manufacture thier version of the product. This ruling/determination was final as of end of September this year.... so when did Hydro submit for approval? Where are they in the process?
The big part I take away is EPA is already aware of graphene and it's hazards, it's simply a waiting game now.

graphene has been reviewed by the EPA under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in several contexts, leading to specific regulations and consent orders for its commercial use.
The EPA's actions focus primarily on specific forms and uses of graphene as new chemical substances:
Significant New Use Rules (SNURs): The EPA has issued final SNURs for certain types of graphene, specifically graphene nanoplatelets. These rules require manufacturers (including importers) or processors to notify the EPA at least 90 days before engaging in any activity designated as a "significant new use" (e.g., using the substance in ways that could increase exposure, such as processing that generates inhalation exposure).
Premanufacture Notices (PMNs) and Consent Orders: Companies seeking to commercialize new forms or large volumes of graphene must submit a PMN for review.
The EPA has reviewed individual PMNs and issued TSCA Consent Orders that establish specific conditions of use, such as requiring personal protective equipment, limiting environmental releases, and prohibiting certain manufacturing processes.

TSCA Backlog
Fairly recent article, November, that paints the picture of the possible delay.
As of the article 66.7% of backlog chemiclas have been waiting 365 days or more.
New EPA administrator, Zeldin, needs to light a fire, this affects more than just our little stock play.

Bradley 11.5 or 11.75.
Will last a couple years while he grows physically and as a player.
When it looks like he will stick with the sport then look into an A2000 or A2K.

building the hyperion units will relatively cheap.
The CEO said $350,000 per 10-ton unit and likely $500,000 per 20-to-25-ton unit, with the bigger units still in design phase, so a way out.
My question is how many 10-ton units does it take to get to 350 tons annually? I thought it was 5 or 6? I could be off on that number.

Seems like a lot of their budget could go to R&D and new patents.
Maybe, but they have to build the production facility(s) and hire people to run them, seems to me that would take big chunk of budget as well.
Think we can agree they have the ability to produce the graphene, but can they build a market the does not currently exist? If so, then... well.... off to the races.....

350 tons/year
$250,000 to $800,000 per ton:
That's between $87,500,000 and $280,000,000 in annual revenue,
End of 2026 and into 2027 could get interesting.

Two years ago Blanchard voted for a one mile buffer.
There is the drum I've been beating. There should not be 3 reps from commercial industry on the commission, thats too many, and they are automatically voting in thier best interests, so money and time only needs to be spent on the most likely to flip thier vote, in this case Blanchard, to give you 4-3.

I don't really understand the Hartline love for the LSU job either. He's a young coach, possibly a very good head coach someday, but the timing of it and his lack of experience does not fit the current LSU opening.

Nice pop today from First Graphene. I took a small position (25K shares) when it was sub $0.07, now today it's playing with 0.09. Anyone see any news?

Old Language :
New "mission" : conveniently removing all responsibility.
So are they not actually required by law to do what's best for the wildlife and fisheries of the state? If not, then why do they even exist?
My hope is these actions gets a giant light shined on it by a wider audience, nothing will change without significant pressure.
Need to play Kevins fumbling speech on loop to the masses. X, FB, etc...

This confusing terminology, with a commission (board) managing the Commission (agency), continued until 1974, when the new Louisiana Constitution was completed and approved by voters. All of the old sections and amendments regarding normal functioning and administration of the agency were removed from the Constitution, retaining only the language regarding the composition and appointment of the seven-member Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission

I think it's a slam dunk it will be Western International Gas & Cylinders
Western typically gets its gas from someone else via pipeline, to my knowledge they don't actually produce acetylene. I'm not saying this person is not correct, HG could in fact be partnering with them, but could HG simply be building in the same area due to the existence of the acetylene pipeline? Buy it off the same pipeline as Western does, but not from Western, cut out the middleman in the equation.
There was a Western cylinder fill near my office a few years back, I've since moved offices, they bought their acetylene from a BASF production facility nearby and piped it in.
It's all finer details, but at a high level them joining a chamber of commerce is a very good sign longer term for us share holders.

Crooked MF’s on that commission!
Would be nice to figure out how to make some noise on this and on a very high level.
The commission is represented by 3 commercial industry individuals out of 7 total, with Kevin as the Chairman and a commercial rep.
Based on a LDWF funded study, and performed by a 3rd party, the commercial fishing industry contributes $48MM in annual economic impact in Louisiana. In the same study, recreation fishing contributes $180 MM annually in economic impact in Louisiana. More than 3X the amount.
Using economic impact figures alone, the commission is overrepresented by the commercial industry and should not have more that 2 reps. The "at-large" appointees should have at least 3 times the members compared to commercial interest.
The commission needs to be 100% rebuilt AFTER Landry is voted out of office.
Edit to add:
This is what needs to be reviewed and rewritten
quote:
Section 7.
(A) Members; Terms. The control and supervision of the wildlife of the state, including all aquatic life, is vested in the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission. The commission shall be in the executive branch and shall consist of seven members appointed by the governor, subject to confirmation by the Senate. Six members shall serve overlapping terms of six years, and one member shall serve a term concurrent with that of the governor. Three members shall be electors of the coastal parishes and representatives of the commercial fishing and fur industries, and four shall be electors from the state at large other than representatives of the commercial fishing and fur industries, as provided by law.

Have this on a 0.308 and been happy with it. We don't shoot beyond 400 yards, so really high-end clarity was not needed, but did want a wider glass for more light capture.
My only complaint, personal preference, is there are no caps for the turrets. I worry they can get unknowingly turned hauling it around during the season.

I don’t see any downside to accumulating
I agree, but I warn anyone reading this that day trading this thing can be very dangerous. My major accumulation ended in early September, but my plan was to continue to stack shares by swing trading on dips. I nearly got caught when it dipped due to the dilution announcement. Was able to gain a few shares, but nowhere near what would be normal. It recovered from the dilution announcement in less that 24 hours. I got lucky, but watched it all day that day...
I'm done.... Will hang on to my pile and watch very closely.
