I have been vaping about a year, I smoked for 40+ years and was able to make the switch to Vape.(2-3 packs a day)
I save about 4k a year.
No longer congested everyday.
I can smell things a mile away now especially someone smoking.
Taste has improved.
Not wheezing any longer.
Pecker gets harder...

I never did on bicycles, but I did on motorcycles. An old quote from Cycle World Mag...if you have a 10 dollar head wear a 10 dollar helmet....

I did the ad valorum tax one on cars a long time ago. I had bought 2 cars and a motorcycle in the time frame they listed. I got about 600 dollars in dealer coupons for it. I don't remember every detail of how they could be used, but of course the shops didn't want to honor them....
