You should try watching the plays and actually read what the ruling was. If you’re not willing to do that, you’re not willing to see that there is a clear difference between the 2 plays

Did you not actually watch the play.
Chase hit Goff while he had the ball and started moving his arm up (league claims that started his motion). His arm started moving forward while still holding onto the ball, and was then spun by Chase on the hit. He threw the ball, but was turned and ended up throwing backwards. League said he “intended to throw forward” therefore incomplete forward pass.

Shough was hit and lost possession before he started moving his arm forward. If you don’t see it, it’s because you’re choosing not to see it due to your own biases

I think they got all 3 wrong, but there was not enough evidence to overturn any of them.

Appears Shough was close on the first lunge, was pushed back, then tried again before the eventual facemask. I think he was short, not confident enough to argue if someone says they think he crossed, but like the 3rd down play; there were too many bodies to have the evidence to overturn.
