re: Why are people acting like Adrian Peterson was punching his son in the face?

I get what you're trying to say bro but it's a different world we live in now. You're suddenly a "sick frick" because you dare not be outraged over the whipping. Two things I learned when getting a whipping as a kid...if you put your hands back there, they're gonna get hit too...and never drop to the floor so they can't hit you arse.

 Totally agree

Never tried it but when I use a commercial sauce I almost always thin it down so it's just a light glaze.

Same here. But I only use half as much bell pepper as I do onion. And I chop it fine.

I honestly don't care for Fox Sports 1 but I put it on there just because of how bad ESPN has become. I'll watch SVP and maybe Highly Questionable. And the later has went down for me when they added Bomani Jones. Bout to be SVP only here soon.

If I had to complain about anything over there, this was it. And it really isn't even worth complaining about. I just putted to a spot 3ft past the hole and that seemed to work.
Love the elevation changes. I got pics of 2 does in the damn middle of No.1 fairway as we were about to tee off too. Next time I go, I taking my umbrella out and putting my .300 mag in that slot.

Sept 29th? I'm back on Oct 10th. I'll have to leave the white cans to yall. I quit drinking beer. Dropped about 35lbs so far. Swing is longer, therefore faster. We all know what that means....

Pretty novice shooter but is there that much of a lead necessary for some of those shots?
Not a bird hunter but shoot quite a bit of sporting clays and some of those 40 yard crossers need what looks like 8ft of lead. You'd be surprised.

Sorry for the loss of your buddy Meaux. Prayers for the family, man.
re: Teach me to smoke my 4lb. brisket

I know man. Soaking them does do something though...it prevents them from catching on fire during the most critical part of the cook. Explained this to BIL last weekend and he was like, no shite huh.
I use the chips occasionally when I'm doing a little chicken on my small pit but the big smoker gets chunks or logs all the time. And mesquite is my favorite for brisket. In fact, that's the only thing I use mesquite for.
eta: But to each his own. If soaking the chips in apple juice (another gem I heard) is your thing, go for it.

I pray you're right (cooling off). The heat just drains me of energy later in the round and the swing suffers (see the quad bogey on 18 at GS).

I never understood why folks soak their wood chips. To achieve the smoke flavor you so desire, the wood chips NEED to burn. Water prevents that. Call me crazy, I know.
