Based on what exactly? I don't think Cousins is much better than Carr, if at all and I don't see anything else indicating they are moving up and we're moving down. Sounds like toxic Saints "fan" syndrome....

You can actually opt out of this. When doing your Onstar tell them you want to opt out of reporting to insurance. When the dealership pre-registers your Onstar while you're signing paperwork they have the option to opt out then. They just usually and lazily accept everything to get it done....
