I pull 315 10x's til failure after 3 or 4 sets of graduated weight.
If I did a warm up for 2 sets, I'm pulling 4 plates easily at least 5 times. I don't care about a max. I just want the satisfaction of knowing I'm strong as an ox. :cheers:
