Sounds like BJ from the Righteous Gemstones filmed that video
Nutria in Pond
Posted by Geaux17 on 3/24/25 at 1:21 pm
I have a nutria in a 5ish acre pond. Should I get rid of it? As long as it doesn’t mess with the fish, I don’t really mind it.
I know they are herbivores, but have read they can impact the ecosystem and thus harm the fish..

Chaos: The Manson Murders - Netflix

This may be one of the worst book adaptations I have seen in a long time. What was this even trying to be? A documentary? They left out like half the book.
The whole origin story of that book is that it started as a magazine article then turned into a 20 year long investigation by the author and Netflix said, “Yea, let’s do this in an hour and half” ?
This should have been a limited series.

re: Is Nancy Mace an Opportunistic Fraud?

She’s either a fraud or she is compromised. The fact that she is a walking sound bite to see what will go viral makes me lean fraud.
Don’t get me wrong, I like what she is doing by taking on the trannies, but I still don’t trust her.
Look into her handling of the last UAP hearing. She either lied on purpose about who supplied the Immaculate Constellation report or was bought/scared into fabricating who supplied it.

NOLA Business Dinner
Posted by Geaux17 on 12/4/24 at 12:12 pm
Where would you recommend taking some big wigs for a business dinner in New Orleans? They all are local so don’t need to go to a tourist restaurant, and also don’t want to go to a super loud place. It will be for a group of 10.
Thanks!
Thanks!

New York is prosecuting political opponents on behalf of the Democrat party and calling Republicans Nazis, yet their leadership has created an environment where squirrels are getting Anne Frank’d.

I don’t know the specifics, but it seems to me if they had a legit DNA sample from the Zodiac - from the stamps or another source - the identity could be surmised rather quickly through genetic genealogy.
re: Libertarian/Comedian Dave Smith Endorses Donald Trump for President

Watching the pod, Smith's argument regarding the Iraq War, Trump calling it out in 2016 Republican primary, and the shortsightedness of Dems parading the Cheneys around the South & Midwest (who disproportionally lost family members and friends in Iraq & Afghanistan) to reach independent voters is spot on.

This is a big deal, and in my opinion moves the needle much more than a Rogan endorsement. I can't think of another person that has more influence over the <40 Libertarian - Ron Paul - anti-war - independent crowd than Dave Smith.
These are the type of people that will either sit out the election or write in a 3rd party. Dave's endorsement could be the final straw that pushes them to vote for Trump.
Agree or disagree with Dave, but the man is extremely principled & well read. He is very active in the Libertarian party, a skilled debater, and his political opinions are taken seriously.
Rogan has the platform & audience, and people respect his intellectual curiosity, however I don't think his political opinions or endorsements carry anywhere near the same weight.
Cue the Boomers: Who are Joe Rogan & Dave Smith?

L.O.L. Fidelity can say whatever the F they want.
If Musk announced X was up for sale, Cuban and the leftist machine would pay whatever it took to get control of Twitter back. He has probably increased the value by 80%.

I don’t know about top 10 but I have seen him on several recent industry mock drafts in the 1st round

It’s so dumb. Seriously, how much was that new Jumbotron? And they don’t even use it?
Also, it may have been the noise but it seemed to me like the audio quality on the PA system was poor. Never noticed that before.

He had all day to throw, behind arguably the best OL in the country, and he still fails to see wide open receivers as plays develop. I think he can get quicker at pulling the trigger and anticipating receivers being open, but he would be a disaster in the NFL in his current form. He clearly struggles more against zone.
This is OK. He is in his 1st year as a starter. He will get better. He has all the potential. He is already there physically. I am rooting for him but I just don’t see how so called “experts” can project this kid in the 1st round right now.
There is one play in particular from last night late in the 4th where Taylor would have literally walked into the end zone. But there are several every game.

Y’all need to calm down. The dude is constantly 2 seconds late on every throw, which in turn makes him force some very unnecessary throws. He really needs to get better at reading defenses, seeing the entire field, and working through his progressions.
He has the physical talent and I am rooting for him. He is not ready for the NFL.

To be fair, that’s not Saagar. That’s Krystal the Jew hater’s underling. I don’t even know his name.
That show used to be great but Krystal has made it unlistenable. She has become nothing more than an operative for the Democratic Party, which is exactly what she used to rail against.
