And I guess we can ignore the gobbledygoop where he implies the government want their money before taxes..... Your plumber, lawn guy or the cousin who loaned you money wants their money before taxes too. Doesn't mean they get it. If there is only a dollar on the table that is owed to a marketing agent, cousin Dookie and the IRS, the IRS wins that battle 10 out of 10. They trump everyone.
