Tennessee linebacker Elijah Herring announced this week that he is entering the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Herring, a junior from Riverdale, Tenn., started in 11 games last season and led the team with 76 total tackles.
He was a three-star prospect coming out of Riverdale High School.
