Florida defensive tackle Dominique Easley and former Alabama defensive back Reggie Myles have not been charged for their roles in an altercation last month. Myles filed a sworn complaint alleging that Easley attacked him outside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium after Alabama beat Florida 38-10 on Oct. 1. State Attorney Bill Cervone says conflicting witness testimony about the incident was the main factor in his decision not to seek charges. Cervone also says some of the people involved were impaired by alcohol and had trouble remembering events. Easley's refusal to speak to police also was a factor.
