Glennon Threatt is the lawyer of Alleged Toomer’s Corner tree poisoner, Harvey Updyke Jr., and he's had enough. Threatt wants to quit after Updyke went on a national sports talk radio show last week against his request. His lawyer said...

Here's the kicker: He’s been representing Updyke for free. And apparently, a judge will decide if Threatt can actually quit the case.

Funniest thing was they were going with a plea of "not guilty by reason of mental defect". If mental defect is a defense, Gumpistan might as well empty its prisons.
