Fans Picking Manziel's Halloween Costume?

For some reason, it was a big deal when Texas A&M's QB Johnny Manziel dressed up as Scooby Doo for Halloween last year. So much so, that outkickthecoverage.com has reached out to Manziel to allow the fans to pick out this year's costume for him.
