After postponing the last two days of media availability, Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp Florida coach Will Muschamp addressed Treon Harris’ suspension over possible sexual assault charges briefly on Wednesday. Per USAToday:

“It’s a very serious charge and there’s been no change in his status,” Muschamp told media. “So that’s kind of where we are. I don’t have anything additional to add. I know some of you still will ask questions, but I’m not going to have any other comment on the situation.”

“It always hurts any time a young man goes through a tough situation, I’m not referring to that situation individually, but anytime you see our players hurt, you see a young man hurt, you spend a lot of time with him, it’s hard, it’s very hard,” Muschamp said. “You get emotionally attached in all situations absolutely.”

“You handle things in life and you move forward. That’s what we’re going to do,” Muschamp said. “I feel very comfortable in how we’ve approached this situation.”
