Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports
Will Muschamp’s tenure as Florida’s head coach will end against Florida State on Saturday. If the Gators do upset the Seminoles, the players have a plan on how to send off their coach...

The two teams kick off at 3:30 p.m. E.T. on ESPN.

Thanks for the clarifications. It's kinda weird, though. Sounds like something that would happen if there was some acrimony, which, by all accounts, there wasn't. I get the idea of making the transition smoother for the next coach, but since the odds are pretty good that the next coach will be from the college ranks, he's likely to be coaching his own team in a bowl at that point.

If the gators win this game it's going to make UF look like a fool for running him off.

@randomway

No. They already designated the DC, DJ Durkin, as interim coach for the bowl game.
