Here is a look at the Week 3 SEC Players of the Week, which were announced on Monday afternoon by the league office.
OFFENSE
Joe Burrow, QB, LSU
-In just his third career start, engineered an 11-point second half comeback for LSU in the 22-21 win over No. 7 Auburn.
DEFENSE
Christian Miller, LB, Alabama
-Miller turned in a career game in Oxford as the Crimson Tide held the league's No. 1 scoring offense to seven points - 54.5 points below the Rebels' season average.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Cole Tracy, PK, LSU
-Kicked game-winning 42-yard field goal as time expired to lead LSU to a 22-21 comeback win over No. 7 Auburn.
FRESHMAN
Jalen Knox, WR, Missouri
-True freshman wideout stepped up for the injured Emanuel Hall and delivered in a big way, as he caught 5 passes for 110 yards (both career highs) and his first collegiate touchdown, in helping Mizzou to a big 40-37 road win at Purdue Saturday evening.
OFFENSIVE LINE
Elgton Jenkins, C, Mississippi State
-Jenkins did not allow any QB pressures as MSU's offense racked up 607 yards of total offense in a 56-10 win over Louisiana-Lafayette.
DEFENSIVE LINE
Jabari Zuniga, DL, Florida
-Zuniga was a force to be reckoned with on the Gators defensive line against Colorado State. The junior started his third straight game at defensive end and produced a career-high 2.5 sacks for a loss of 25 yards. He also recorded five tackles and a quarterback hurry.
