Two SEC Players Named Semifinalist For Lott IMPACT Trophy

LSU safety Jamal Adams and Alabama defensive lineman Jonathan Allen were named semifinalists for the Lott IMPACT Trophy on Thursday.
The award is given to the best college defensive players in the nation who make the biggest IMPACT on their team both on and off the field. IMPACT is an acronym for Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community and Tenacity.

Adoree’ Jackson, CB, USC
Andrew King, LB, Army
Desmond King, CB, Iowa

Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State
Jabrill Peppers, LB, Michigan
The winner will be announced Dec. 11.
