If you go back 3 more years it's 7 of current original members, both TX and OU one theirs - Ark and 8@4 won too in previous conference- so it should be 11

Seems to think the two are mutually exclusive. Having a 12 team conference with a new team winning each of the last 12 could just mean you have a bunch of mediocre teams
