Multiple sources are reporting that Missouri redshirt freshman quarterback Trent Hosick is leaving the team and will transfer to another school. Per STLToday.com,
quote:

COLUMBIA, Mo. • Missouri redshirt freshman quarterback Trent Hosick is leaving the team and seeks to transfer, team spokesman Chad Moller confirmed Monday.

Hosick began spring practices competing for the quarterback job, and while sophomore Maty Mauk established himself as the clear starter, Hosick seemed to fall behind junior Corbin Berkstresser and redshirt freshman Eddie Printz in the race for the No. 2 job.

Hosick was not available for comment.
Hosick is from Kansas City, MO (Staley) and was rated as three-star dual-threat quarterback in high school. In three spring scrimmages with the Tigers he completed 16 of 31 passes for 206 yards and a touchdown.
