Jim Harbaugh is hiring Vanderbilt’s Jesse Minter as Michigan's new defensive coordinator. Prior to that, he spent four seasons with the Baltimore Ravens under John Harbaugh as a defensive assistant, assistant DB’s coach and DB’s coach.
