Four-star wide receiver Kelvin Harmon from Palmyra, NJ (Palmyra HS) announced Thursday that he has committed to South Carolina.
Harmon choose the Gamecocks over Rutgers, North Carolina, NC State, as well as many other schools.
South Carolina now has 16 commitments for the class of 2016 with addition of Harmon.
