Talented four-star running back Devwah Whaley from Beaumont, TX announced his de-commitment from Georgia on Monday night via Twitter.


Whaley originally committed to Georgia back on Nov. 26th before Mark Richt was fired. He is rated the No. 4 overall running back in the country for the class of 2016, according to 247Sports.
