According to SEC Network's Paul Finebaum, there is “a chance” Ohio State senior quarterback Braxton Miller transfers to Alabama for the 2015 season.

Now if Braxton Miller transferred to Alabama and tOSU and Bama both made the playoffs, I would have interest in seeing the Braxton vs Cardale show. And possibly the ONLY time I would be for tOSU ever.

Was there not a change to the graduate transfer rule?
Making players apply for a hardship extra year of eligibility. But requiring them to sit 1 year now no matter the circumstance.

What was the change to the transfer rule?
