quote:

"Pretty cool guy. Pretty laid back guy," Cooper said. "He pays attention to everything, every little thing. I noticed that about him when we were practicing for the bowl game."

Dumbass gump should probably refrain from using Sugar Bowl prep as a point of reference. Cooper's words (for his own coach, mind you) mean little compared to Lane's proven track record of mediocrity.

Strange. Cooper admires Kiffin's attention to detail during their bowl practice. Their bowl game was on the 2nd of Jan. Nussmeier didn't leave until the 9th. Kiffin wasn't hired until the 11th. Does that mean Alabama had more than the 9 NCAA mandated coaches on the field for the practices?
