Alabama Receives Commitment From 2017 Four-Star RB Cam Akers

Four-star running back Cam Akers from Clinton, MS (Clinton) announced Tuesday night that he has committed to Alabama for the class of 2017.

Akers, 5-11, 209-pound prospect from Clinton High School, is rated the No. 6 running back in the country and No. 2 overall player from the state of Mississippi for the class of 2017, according to 247 Sports.

Alabama now has 6 commitments for the class of 2017.
