ESPN's Joe Schad is reporting that Alabama Offensive Cordinator Doug Nussmeier will leave Alabama to take the same position at Michigan. Nussmeier will replace former Michigan offensive coordinator Al Borges, who was fired by head coach Brady Hoke on Wednesday.

Nussmeier is 43 years old will reportedly become one of the top-five highest paid assistants in all of college football as a result of his new deal. Nussmeir spent just 2 years at Alabama as offensive coordinator. Prior to Alabama, Nussmeir was the OC and QB coach at Washington from 2009-2011.
