Okay, well, we've actually got a lot going on in this department, so we need a thread this year! 
I'll be using the 247 Composite ratings since they compile the major recruiting services rankings to get a broader sample on each player.

Kicker Note: Kohl's kicker rankings have Rice at 9th in the country with him having won kicking competitions at camps for FGs with one of 60+ and KOs with one of 80+. Obviously, those numbers are in camp situations, not live game situations, so take them with the whole shaker of salt.
Edit: OH GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE?! Why did the formatting not work with spaces to align things?! HELP!!!

I put periods (.) and you have to get a feel.
Will not line up perfectly, but at least it looks better than nothing
PS, any news on what will happen to the 3 in the shooting? Saddens me we hat the rape and now this. Not the Dores of my generation *shakes head*

This is not even in the same stratosphere as the rape. This was in the "dumb kid doing something REALLY stupid" but not "scumbag losers who deserve the book thrown at them" tier. As of now, all 3 have been suspended indefinitely. However, I doubt that they miss more than a game or two at most.

I agree that it's not in the same atmosphere, but it's at the very least attempted assault. I would put it above dumb kids being kids but below the Vandenburg scandal.
