What a dynamic throw.

That 4th down td pass to take a late lead was more dynamic than anything we have had in a long time. Shame the wr screwed up to end the game, after their d choked the lead away. They probably still win if they weren’t facing a dynamic qb.

It sounds like you dynamically described a dynamic loss by a dynamic QB who couldn’t dynamically put his team in his dynamic shoulders and get a dynamic win in the closing dynamic seconds of an important dynamic game.

tOSU probably needs more dynamic players since the most dynamic QB to come out of the state of GA wasn’t dynamic enough to get it done.

Maybe Fields should transfer to a more dynamic team that can match his dynamism.

The throw I was referring to was when your dynamic overlord threw it right into coverage on the sideline with the corner blitzing.

The TD pass was a good playcall and matchup. WR in man coverage with one of Clemson's rotation safeties. Good call and execution, no doubt. Hardly dynamic.

The difference is he at least carried his team close to the finish line, unlike Fromm in 2 similar late game situations vs a comparable team in bama. To make it look worse for Fromm, Fields did it with a hurt leg.

Sounds a lot like excuses to me. Thought those weren’t allowed

A 4th q td pass by fields is not an excuse. It’s 7 points and the lead. Fromm would get a lot less crap from me had he been able to do something productive to end those games when we needed him to.

Sounds like a choke apologist to me.

Adding more words to an excuse doesn’t make it not an excuse. I thought excuses were frowned upon here.

Yeah, Fromm needed to give our coaches the middle finger and called plays himself while also giving his receivers the middle finger by throwing the ball to himself.

You might as well say “he should have just been better”, like Fields should have been last night.

Totally. They are probably mad at CKS and Fromm for allowing Fields to choke on the national stage last night.

Injuries matter, and it’s reasonable to bring them up. Fromm hasn’t been injured.

You are being unreasonable by downplaying td passes.

What? Unlike Fields, He failed to make any plays.

Lots of things matter. Still excuses. Are they allowed now?

Not at all. If our offense was performing as it was supposed to except for the QB missing TD passes, it would be unreasonable to downplay that, but with all things, context matters. You don’t seem to care about context and excuses unless it suits your narrative, though

Fields really made a play to end the game

An injury excuse has never not been allowed.

In order for the offense to perform properly, the qb must make the opponent pay for stacking the box. Then everything else falls into place.

That td pass was huge. Fromm couldn’t even get us into position to get close to the win.

The stack the box narrative is lol for those who watched UGA football this year and understand it.

Fields carried nothing but a bag of balls to be picked off yesterday. JK Dobbins was the man who carried that team lets be real.

Fields only threw the go ahead td with 10 minutes left in the game. A big reason they were behind is Because dobbins dropped 2 td passes from fields in the first half.

Back to "WRs Matter"...

Sugar Bowl interview of Coach Coley: Coach Coley SB Media Day

Go to the 7:25 mark. Reading between the lines, he put a lot of the problems on the WR room and part of the problems being young and or inexperienced WRs and poorly run routes. His remarks coupled with a recent Murf Baldwin breakdown of Pickens showing the same issue in film study plus all the drops; it makes more sense out of the optic of seeing Fromm hesitate and seem to be aiming more. He hasn't trusted his WRs to be on schedule and in the right spot except Cager. When a sloppy route knocks the timing and target off, Jake's going to naturally hang on to the ball a little longer. He can't trust to throw the ball before the WR looks as much as he could last year.
Murf Film Stingly vs Pickens
