Why Poole and not Brini?

Did. Brini poop in his socks with Kirby? He made a lot of huge plays during the season. Poole has missed quite a few assignments that cost us in the Bama game and doesn’t seem to have the hustle. But if Kirby benched him there has to be a good reason.

Did Kirby announce the starting lineup?

Brini was listed as the starter against Michigan but didn’t play until the fourth quarter?

I’ve noticed during a few games that Brini completely wet the bed. The end of the UF game (Ringo getting mad) was on him. During the tech game, I read Kirby’s lips say something to the effect of “Brini, if you can’t do what we want, you might as well pack your shite and go home!”. I found it odd that Poole got the start over Brini in the SECCG, but I think Kirby’s very upset with him constantly do stuff completely wrong!

Yeah Brini is great in run support but he misses his assignment in coverage too much.

Replacing Brini with Chris Smith and putting Dan Jackson at safety is what turned the tide against Tennessee.

Don’t think it matters. Both are liabilities

People were saying they wouldn't start Tykee Smith when he was set to return.

The biggest question is why not Lassister who looked decent every time he played over Poole.

Can you imagine how good we would be if we had not lost those early NFL guys and transfers?

Poole is a thousand times worse than Brini. I lost count of how many times Poole blew coverages against Bama. Poole always looks lost.

I don't think he lost any money. He was Miami's best player on defense this year. Miami is arse but kids still get drafted there.

As it has been explained to me: brini is a safety body and poole is a CB body.

Whether that is true or not: brini is a downhill player. He can crash down at a very high level (screens, slants, run support). He isnt going to flip his hips and run against top slot receivers (arkansas' slot guy had a big day if i recall).
