Yes, but only if Georgia is willing to open its massive pocketbook. Georgia has high school talent to match anyone and, for the most part, the Dawgs dominate the state.
But to win the big one--which UGA should be contenders every year--takes proper coaching. See Saban, etc.
And that takes a lot of bread.
I remember when Richt was hired, finances was too much of a factor, considering possible returns.
I am talking a $5 million to $6 million coach who comes with a proven staff, at least at the critical coordinator positions.
But do I think this will happen? No. Why? Because he always wins 10 or more per year.
